Before confirming a charter, we check the selected yacht’s applicable registration and operating documents with the operator, including commercial-use permissions where required, survey and safety documents, permitted passenger capacity, and crew arrangements. The requirements depend on the yacht, route and activity, so checks are made for the specific booking.
